Some interesting bits in this report from the German government's hydrogen agency (which includes the centre for charging infrastructure...). They have regular 'clean room' discussions with manufacturers about their roadmap, projections etc.
The element highlighted by the German Ministry of Transport is that carmakers expect to reach the target of 15 million EVs by 2030 (although it's only 13.4 BEVs and 3.2 PHEVs).
